Unfortunately, one of the elevators was out of service during my stay, causing delays, and I encountered a long hair on a towel. Security presence was noticeable, which added an odd vibe.

The staff was friendly and I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. Plus, they've managed to maintain a consistent level of service which is hard to find these days.
